Let me tell you a story ... an ancient story, dating back to the 15th century. The story of a farm that was born from the Sperlinga Feud where the famous “Torre Spatafora” was in charge of defending the agricultural land below. In the early 1900s, Baron Gaetano De Stefano found himself signing the deed of sale of the Sperlinga Feud to Cavaliere Pasquale Cuffaro, great-great-grandfather of the current owners of the farm, the Galioto brothers.
Today the estate includes lemon and olive groves, a path made of nature and tradition that overlooks the splendid coast of the Mediterranean Sea. Aware of having a unique product, the Galioto Sperlinga company has never accepted compromises, maintaining an organic cultivation in full coherence with its past. Only the ancient and traditional cultivation techniques are used, relying on the experience of its workers and on the wonderful climate of Sicily.
The Galioto Sperlinga farm, which produces only certified organic products, from the fifth generation extends for a further ten hectares also to the territories of Sant'Agata di Militello, one of the most beautiful places in Sicily overlooking the sea of the Aeolian Islands.
